Good smells bring back memories, stimulate the other senses and can uplift your spirits.

When I smell German sausages cooking I get transported back to my days of travelling in Germany to the trade fairs and the vendors selling their sausages and mustard outside the train stations. As I smell sunscreen I see family trips to Umdloti beach and sitting under umbrellas enjoying an ice-cream.
